RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Demonstrate community and apartment/model to clients’ needs by communicating the features and benefits

-Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date.

-Secure new resident’s signature on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in

-Monitor renewals and distribute follow-up on renewal notices.

-Distribute all company or community-issued notices.

-Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-College Graduate with Experience of 3-5 Years in Realty or Leasing

-Above average to excellent communication skills

-Has keen attention to detail

-With supervisory experience of overseeing at least 5 people is a plus

-Willing to work in Makati
