Tech Finance Specialist – Open in Mandaluyong ghsbcp

Responsibilities:

-Drive and manage reporting and planning cycles for Productivity and Recoveries

-Supervise the scope and responsibilities of the assigned

-Analysts for  processes in scope, with focus on monthly financial review plus planning/forecasting

-Support  monthly financial review and analysis with leadership teams and provide insights on variances against annual plans and forecasts, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity and action recommendation

-Help resolve issues and follow ups from financial management reviews and coordinate any adjustments and anomalies noted in the results

-Manage other project related ad-hoc queries as appropriate

-Provide ad-hoc and exception financial analysis to complement monthly financial reports

-Provide highlights on key plan assumptions, variances, risks and upsides versus forecast, targets and trends to Business Operations Lead

-Provide input and feedback to Finance Manager on skills assessment and review for training and development plans of the team

-Provide guidance, mentoring and career counseling to analysts



Qualifications:

-Tertiary qualifications, Accounting Major required

-At least 2 to 3 years relevant finance experience

-Knowledge of US GAAP (good to have)

-SAP Financials and PC skills

-Critical Thinking and Analytical skills

-Budgeting and forecasting skills

-Strong interpersonal communication skills
