Requirements:
Native Japanese
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
Must be fluent in English
At least Sr. High School graduate
willing to work in Ortigas
Customer Service experience is an advantage but not required
Responsibility:
Handle verification request from APAC clients
Responsible in assisting clients Japanese clients for Background check request
Responsible in conducting background screening analyst by checking employment, education verifications
Check drug test result and Form I-9 of the person
Maintain open communication with service delivery team
