Our authorised HP Service Center in Chepauk also follows the same routine and we make sure that the customer is not made to wait. If we know that there is any option where the laptops can be given back in quick time then we make the customers wait otherwise the choice is put upon them. Some people think laptop service can be done immediately if it is general issues. But even OS installation takes a long time and basic software updation also takes a quite a bit of time. It takes nearly one hour to update os and also to update basic software.
