Position:           Japanese Gaming Technical Support

Industry:          IT Management Services Company

Location:         BGC, Taguig

Schedule:         Dayshift ( 11AM to 8PM)
Salary:                         Up to P60,000 net

Requirements:

Filipino who can speak Japanese Language
With relevant work experience in Customer Service or BPO
Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
Can easily learn and adapt to new online games
With good communication skills in  English
Responsibilities:

Interact with customers and ensure that they have a pleasant experience
Assist and guide customers regarding  gaming account
Assist customers via email and chat support
Assist customers regarding basic troubleshooting
