Description:
-Provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
-Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
-Preparing statutory accounts.
-Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
-Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
-Managing petty cash transactions.
-Controlling credit and chasing debt.
-Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
Qualifications:
-At least college graduate in BS Accounting course or related field with strong Accounting background.
-Fresh graduates are welcome.
-Must have passion for numbers, accuracy, and skills in calculating figures
-Competency in information technology is preferred.
-Excellent team player skills is required.
-A thorough, professional approach to work and being able to manage own stress would be advantageous.
-Willing to work in Makati City
