Native/ Non-native Japanese speakers
Proficient in Japanese speaking, reading or writing
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
Preferably 1-4 yrs. of experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
Must have Good English communication skills both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
Provide support using different methods of communication
(phone calls, e-mails and chats)
Identify the problem and provide solutions using department tools, resources, business judgment and expertise that could increase customer confidence using products offered.
Manage the customer service mailbox to address concerns sent by the Japanese customers.
