MANDARIN FINANCIAL ANALYST – DAYSHIFT

Position: Mandarin Financial Analyst

Location: Makati

Salary: P60, 000

Schedule: Dayshift (9am-6pm) Mon-Fri



Company Profile:

This company is a multinational certification authority and offers online security services for browsers, operating systems, mobile devices, and applications international.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Supervising receivable groups by posting accurate customer payment amounts

·         Handle Account Receivables (A/R) customers by assisting their initial concerns and endorse them to appropriate department if needed.

·         Manages credit line using finance software.

·         Responsible in handling order-to-invoice cycle by entering received Purchase Orders (POs)

·         Assisting in the implementation of development of assigned accounting tool by building change request to the system

·         Aligns accounting requirements for new products. Summarizes and Prepares performance report to the management.

·         Maintaining and updating files correlated to job responsibilities above.

·         Completes other job related responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.



REQUIREMENTS:

·         Bachelor’s/College Degree holder, preferred in Business Administration, Management or Accountancy.

·         With at least 2 years work related experience preferably gained in IT is an advantage

·         Good in English communication (verbal and written). Japanese Language is a plus but not required

·         Good Customer Service Skills.

·         Detailed oriented and good in problem solving.

·         Prepared to travel overseas for business trips and trainings.
