Job Description:
-Encourage compliance of tenants to property management-related rules and regulations of the company
-Maintain and improve the aesthetic of company’s condominium properties
-Responsible for supervising, assisting, and improving property operations
-Quality checks the property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
-Inspects the properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained
-Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations
Qualifications:
· Civil Engineering Graduate, professional license in Civil Engineering is an advantage
· Must have working experience in property management
· Strong operations management skills
· Must have a keen eye to detail and a keen eye for design and what looks good
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
