Position:         Japanese Helpdesk  (AIRLINE account)

Location:        BGC, Taguig City

Salary:            P 70, 000 – 80, 000

Shift:               Dayshift

Schedule:        Monday to Friday

Benefits: HMO + attendance bonus + incentives + annual increase



COMPANY PROFILE:

They are operating as a contact center in the Philippines and the leading solution provider across a wide range of different industries in Germany, Philippines, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Argentina, Romania and India.



Requirements:

·         Native or Non-Native Japanese speaker

·         JLPT N2, All level 2 ( Certificate not required )

·         Can speak, read and write Japanese

·         Must be fluent in English

·         At least High School graduate in Japan

·         Customer Service experience is an advantage



Responsibilities:

·         Responsible in handling travel related customer concerns and feedback

·         Manage communicating with customers through email

·         Attend to phones calls to resolve inquiries and concerns of Japanese customers

·         Build strong client relationship and improve customer experience

·         Liaising closely with internal departments and external entities for documentary requirements

·         Preparation & submission of regular operational related reports

·         Submission of necessary docum rents & reports

·         Maintaining proper filing system
